Thankful for others

I'm thankful that I can do what I do and get paid for it, but if it wasn't for a whole lot of other people also doing their jobs my job wouldn't be possible.

So... thank you to the engineers and everyone that works in research and development that come up with the problems that need to be solved and decides to go out and solve them every day. Thank you to the sales team that goes out and talks to dealers and customer about the issues they face on their farms and how our products can help solve them. Thank you to the building maintenance team that just makes sure everything at our buildings is working properly, that it's warm when it needs to be or cool when it needs to be. That the water is working, that the electrical continues to come on. Thank you IT team that makes sure our internet is working and computers are up-to-date. Thank you for accounting for paying the bills and accepting checks so that we can continue to operate. Thank you to HR for making sure we know what our benefits are and that our families stay covered for health and other life needs. Thank you to our quality control team that makes sure our products are tested well before they leave our facility. Thank you to our receiving and shipping team that bring products in, put in the right places and ship them out and make sure they go to the right places. Thank you to our production team that does packing and assembly of product all hours of the day and night, especially during peak season. Thank you to our support team that answers calls from dealers and customers in the field when they are having issues. Thank you to all the supporting roles that help each of these departments do their jobs. Thank you to the international team that is expanding roles in other parts of the world. Thank you to the OEM team that is expanding our reach within the U.S. on brand new equipment. There are a lot of people that make it possible for me to do marketing at Precision Planting and I'm thankful for all of them. It's truly a team and a team I'm thankful to be a part of.
