Can some carefully crafted words and clothing have an impact on individuals in a company? I believe they can.
At Precision Planting, we decided to create some branded socks as a small internal employee gift and along with it put together a note to give to all employees. So, yeah I believe a little sentiment and a pair of socks can make a difference. And I believe it already is. It gets people talking... talking about things that are important to keep the culture that our company was founded on and doing those things as well.
