Phone to the face

I think anyone with a phone has done it at some point. You're around other people, but your face is in a phone. Maybe you're pushing your kid on a swing or your walking with someone. Maybe you're at a restaurant or a park. Maybe you're at home and it's the evening and your kids are around you or you're in bed at night with your spouse and you're both just scrolling on your phone.

Stop it.

Engage with people and limit your screen time. Use it when you have downtime. Use it as a reward. But don't use it for the times when you're just bored and you need a dopamine hit.
