I was just referred to a TED Talk yesterday by Adam Grant and it's a really interesting concept.
The surprising habits of original thinkers

Here's just a few quotes from the talk.

"Greatest original thinkers are the ones that fail the most, because they're the one's that try the most," Grant says. "You need a lot of bad ideas in order to get a few good ones."

"Doubt the default and find a better option."

"Moderate procrastination increases creativity." It gives our mind time to ruminate on the idea.
