Change is hard

We've always done it that way and it works great. Why do we need to change something that's already working? I put a lot of time into developing this and you're telling me you want something different?

How do you respond to a change in direction? I know it can be tough, but it also can be a really good thing. Change just because with no reasoning behind it is very tough. But if there's an explanation as to why we're making a change and what the end results will be it may make it easy for your team or individuals to get behind it.

Remember it's tough and have empathy towards those that the change is impacting. Empathy will go a long way.
