What do you think?

I was asked, "What do you think?" yesterday as well as some other questions which were basically an opportunity to give feedback on our companies Town Hall meeting.

When we ask questions it means we are looking for something. We're looking to get better. We're wanting to know what others think of what we're doing...

It felt good to get asked. Especially when you believe it's an opportunity to be heard and have influence. But even if what I say doesn't change anything I still got the opportunity to say it.

When you have the opportunity ask for feedback. Don't just assume.

When you're asked for feedback and you're looked at as a reliable source. Share it.

Asking and giving. It's a way for us all to get better.
