Creativity with the quarantine

So you're not going into the office for a while. You're working from home. How is that going when you're used to being around others regularly to check-in, to review work, and keep things moving?

I think it can be really challenging, especially for those that are motivated by others. The video conferences are helpful, but it's not the same as being in person with others.

But, this is an opportunity to really get a lot done too. Fewer interruptions... unless you have kids at home and can't get away somehow. This might be an opportunity to learn more as well. If you have some more free work time, maybe you sit in on some webinars or online classes.

When things change we have the opportunity to complain about them and wish it were different or get creative and find ways to work with what we have right now.
